The kids club was a fantastic drop-in service with awesome activities. We loved the pool parties and had a blast with fun games. The hotel was clean and had a lovely beach nearby perfect for families. Thanks to the entertainment team, our little one had an lovely holiday.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The pool area was really nice to chill at. Room was decent, just a bit cramped with all our stuff. Food at the bar was good, but the main restaurant menu was pretty limited.

The outside space was large, yet rooms were crazy small.

The Twin Room was spacious and super clean, definitely modern. Air conditioning was really good, keeping things cool. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower, which felt fresh. The only hiccup was the TV didn’t work, but we didn't mind. Everything else was perfect for our family time.

The location was amazing next to a beautiful beach! The sea view from my room added serenity to my stay, making mornings enjoyable. the standard double room was clean and well-maintained, showcasing attention to detail.

During my stay, I found the atmosphere quite overwhelming. The entertainment was aggressively loud, negatively impacting my ability to relax in my room. the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays in service and difficulties in communication about our needs.

Food could use improvement, leaning toward the bland side with some repetitive choices at the buffet. desserts barely varied, just small cakes and canned fruit. The all-inclusive drinks were frustrating, tokens for cups required you to return to the bar instead of just ordering freely, limiting spontaneity at the bar. Room storage was lacking—especially with a sofa bed out, maneuvering became tricky. The lack of a fridge or coffee-making facilities might bother some. Not to mention, counting on the bus service can be a hit or miss for trips into town, and the beach is a trek down steep stairs, so it’s not for the faint-hearted or anyone with a stroller.

Had a lovely time with really great amenities like the spacious outdoor pool and the chill beach area where we spent lazy afternoons. The breakfast spread was pretty impressive and gave a solid start to the day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience! 🌞
